Today I set out to interview the forum interns and ask them how their Y and G experience and years in the program. Today I interviewed Logan and Shelby, the Intern managers. Their job title included overseeing intern activities and meetings. They also fill in for other interns and help wherever is necessary. 

Logan: 

He joined Y and G because his parents made him. Just as I have and possibly many other delegates. He was from the SPASM delegation when he was a delegate. Some of his favorite parts of Y and G are being here in SAC. Hanging out and making friends with the other interns. He said compared to Bob his hotel is very nice. 

Shelby:

Shelby on the other hand is a very dedicated delegate and joined on her own. Shelby was a part of the Torrance South Bay delegation when she was a delegate. She keeps coming back because she loves the program and has found her niche. Her favorite part of her Y and G experience is much like Logans. They both love SAC and interacting with their friends. Shelby also mentioned her love for interacting with delegates and seeing us go through the program. Again much like Logan she liked her hotel accommodations. 

From these interviews I have concluded that the most important thing for returning delegates to become interns is the interaction we make here at Y and G. I think they were super happy and enjoyed their time here at Y and G in the past. They are positively looking forward to continuing on here at Y and G. Hopefully readers of this article can see the importance that this program has made on previous delegates and will consider coming back as an intern when their high school years have finished.
