Have you ever been misled by an AI imagine or video, well with our bill from the privacy and media committee, this won’t be a problem. This bill will be happening in the state of California beginning by January 1, 2026. Our bill requires all AI media in California to have a watermark visible at all times that takes up at least 30% of image, video, ect. This would help people who have been personally affected by being deepfaked or misled by items created from Ai. Overall, this bill would positively affect the well being of Californians by protecting their privacy.
